This is a rare, unidentifed leaf from the famous locality of Florissant, Colorado. The specimen was collected many years ago and has been in his collection ever since. The leaf exhibits very fine detail. The serrated margins are quite distinct and the venation is easily seen. The leaf is well showcased on the natural slab of volcanic ash turned to shale. This is a rare chance to acquire an excellent fossil leaf from a world-famous site that is now a National Monument!
