This is a cool fossil from Pennsylvania. It is a striking piece of Peacock Coal from the Coal Mines of Central Pennsylvania. I have been collecting fossils in PA for years, and have not seen coal pieces that are this colorful. This fossil is naturally striking - has not been altered or repaired in any way. This is a great example of an extremely colorful fossil from the classic Coal Deposits of Pennsylvania.
