This is a very fine specimen of a large Neuropteris leaf from Missouri. The large, single seed fern is preserved in a siderite concretion, and both halves of the concretion are present. The leaf has excellent detail and beautiful, natural coloration preserved. The fossil also exhibits very fine venation, easily seen under magnification. This is a fabulous specimen of a complete Neuropteris leaf from the Show Me State.
