Here is a wonderful example of a Quercus Oak Leaf from the Oligocene of Montana. The complete specimen has great form and a long petiole attached. The leaf has nice color and superb contrast - all natural, no added enhancement. The fossil is well showcased on the natural matrix plate. This is one of the best examples of this type from this site. It is a beautiful display specimen of this classic Oak Leaf.
