This is a rare split pair specimen of Populus cinnamomoides from the Eocene of Utah. This complete leaf has very good color and contrast and displays distinct venation. The long leaf is nicely serrated and well centered on the large matrix plates. This is a very fine split pair example of a large Populus cinnamomoides leaf - two fossils in one.
