Size: Sprig is almost 2.0 inches long.
This is a very nice specimen of an unidentified conifer from the Eocene of Canada. The fossil has great color and good contrast. It is well positioned on the natural slab of shale. The branching sprig shows nice detail. This is a fine example of a fossil conifer.
