(White Cedar) from the Eocene of British Columbia. It is very unusual to find such a long branch. This large white Cedar sprig exhibits fine detail. Under magnification, the individual scale-like leaves are easily seen. This fossil plant has wonderful color and striking contrast. The branch is nicely showcased on the natural plate of shale.
