Pair of Very Unusual Leaves from Utah

Name:   Two Different Leguminosites Leaves
Age:  Eocene
Formation:  Green River Formation
Location:  Bonanza, Utah
Size:  Plate is almost 4 inches across

Here is a very uncommon plate of leaves from the Eocene of Utah. There are two leaves on this slab of Green River Shale. The leaf on the left is Leguminosites regularis, the one on the right is Leguminosites lesquereuxiana. These leaves have nice detail and shape preserved. Both of these plant fossils have very nice color and contrast wonderfully with the light-colored matrix. The leaves are well showcased on the rectangular plate of shale. This is a fine multiple plate of two different types of Leguminosites leaves from the Green River Shale.

This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
